Dynamic Technical Consultants, Incorporated was founded in order to provide the insurance and legal communities a source to obtain professional and thorough technical investigations of accidents, fire and explosions, and product failures.
The principal engineer at DTC, Inc., David C. McCandless, M.S.M.E., P.E. has more than fifteen years of experience in the reconstruction of motor vehicle accidents, the investigation of both the origin and cause of fires and explosions, and the technical analysis of accidents and product failures. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers [SAE], having served on the Transactions Selection Committee, and is a current member of the Tire and Wheel Technical Committee. He is certified as a Fire and Explosion Investigator by the National Association of Fire Investigators and has been qualified in both State & Federal Courts in the fields of Accident Reconstruction, Mechanical Engineering, and Fire Origin and Cause Investigation.
